1Our commitment

We want everyone to be able to use this website. We work towards WCAG 2.2 Level AA, and we recognise our duty to make reasonable adjustments for disabled customers under the Equality Act 2010.

2What we do

Every page is built from one design system, and we check it in a real browser at phone, tablet and desktop sizes:

  • a clear heading order on every page
  • full keyboard use, the item in focus highlighted as when you point at it
  • buttons and menu controls at least 44 by 44 pixels to tap, and links and small controls, such as colour choices, at least 24 pixels or spaced well apart
  • text and controls checked against WCAG contrast
  • forms and searches labelled for screen readers, with results announced
  • fields that never zoom the page on iPhone
  • motion reduced when your device asks for it

3Known limitations

Product photos come from our listings, and their text alternatives use the product title. The payment parts of our checkout page (the card form, Apple Pay and Google Pay) are provided by Stripe, which we do not control.

4Compatibility

This website is designed to work with current versions of Chrome, Safari, Firefox and Edge, on phones, tablets and computers, and with common screen readers and magnifiers.

5Feedback and alternative formats

If something does not work for you, or you need information in another format such as large print, email us at customerservice@multibargain.com with the page, what went wrong and what you need. We will do what we can to help.
