Shop by condition
Ex-Display and Verified Used
Three grades for cosmetic wear.
Only display units and pre-owned items carry a grade, and it describes how they look: every graded item is fully working. If a grade is borderline, we choose the lower one.

Checked, cleaned, and tested. Clear condition. Returns accepted within 30 days.
Factory-sealed items cannot be tested without opening them, so they carry this instead:
New, factory sealed in original packaging. Returns accepted within 30 days.
For hygiene, factory-sealed in-ear earbuds and earphones can be returned for a change of mind only while the seal is unbroken.
Is it refurbished?
No. We sell tech that already works.
Open Box, Ex-Display and Verified Used are not refurbished: nothing is repaired or modified.

About condition.
Are products tested before they are listed?
Yes. Open Box, Ex-Display and Verified Used items are checked, cleaned and tested before they are listed. Factory-sealed items stay sealed, so you receive them exactly as they left the manufacturer.
What is included with my order?
Every product page lists each item in the box, under What you'll receive. Anything not on that list is not included.
What do Box Damaged and Replacement Box mean?
Both are Open Box items that are brand-new and unused. Box Damaged: the original box shows visible damage, dents or wear. Replacement Box: the original retail box is not included, and the item comes in secure replacement packaging.
What if my item is not as described?
Start a return on Track your order, or email us with your order number. We cover the return postage, and within 30 days of delivery you choose a full refund or a replacement where one is available.
