How can we help?
Clear answers on orders, delivery, returns and condition, all in one place.
Orders & delivery
When will my order be dispatched?
We post Monday to Friday, with Royal Mail. Your order goes in the post the next working day, or the same day if you order before 5am. We do not post at weekends or on UK bank holidays.
How much is delivery, and when will it arrive?
Delivery is free on every order to a UK address. Royal Mail usually delivers within 48 hours of posting, and every product page shows the estimated delivery dates for an order placed now.
How will I know my order is on its way?
We email you when your order is confirmed, which also confirms your payment, and again when it is dispatched, with the estimated delivery date. Where your parcel has tracking, the dispatch email includes it.
What if my parcel is delayed?
Courier updates can lag behind, so please allow up to 48 hours after the estimated delivery date. If it still has not arrived, contact us with your order number and we will look into it.
What if my parcel is lost?
If your parcel has not arrived and the courier cannot show it was delivered to you, we send a replacement or refund you in full, whichever you prefer. If your order has not arrived within 30 days of ordering, you can also cancel it for a full refund.
My parcel shows as delivered, but I cannot find it.
Please check any safe place, your neighbours and building reception first. If it is still missing, contact us with your order number and we will take it up with the courier.
Can I change my delivery address?
Please check your address carefully at checkout, as parcels go to the address you give. If it needs changing, contact us straight away and we will try to update it before it is dispatched.
Will I need to sign for my parcel?
Orders over £100 may need a signature on delivery.
Do you deliver outside the UK?
Not at the moment. We deliver to UK addresses only.
I bought from your eBay shop.
Orders placed in our eBay shop are handled through eBay. Message us from your eBay order and we will help you there.
Returns & refunds
How long do I have to return an item?
You can return an item within 30 days of delivery, where the item type allows. This includes your legal right to cancel an online order within 14 days of receiving it. Nothing in our returns policy limits your statutory rights.
How do I start a return?
Find your order on Track your order with your order number and email, then choose Start a return. Tell us which items and why, add photos if something is wrong and, for a fault, whether you would like a refund or a replacement. We confirm that we have your request, then email the return instructions. Please wait for them before sending anything back. You can also email us with your order number.
Who pays for return postage?
If you have changed your mind, you pay the return postage. If the item is faulty, arrived damaged, does not work or is not as described, we cover the return postage.
When will I get my refund?
When your return arrives, we inspect it and, where relevant, test it, typically within 2 working days. We then refund the card you paid with and email you when the refund is issued; banks usually show a refund within 5 to 10 working days. By law, we refund you at the latest 14 days after we receive the item back, or after you show us that you have sent it, if that is sooner.
Can I return an item I have used?
You can handle an item to check it, as you would in a shop. Please send it back with every accessory shown in the listing, packed securely. If it comes back used beyond checking it, or incomplete, we may reduce the refund by the loss in value. New in-ear earbuds and earphones supplied factory sealed for hygiene reasons cannot be returned for a change of mind once the seal has been broken after delivery. None of this affects returns for faulty or not-as-described items.
Something is missing from my order.
Every product page lists what is in the box. If something listed is missing, contact us with your order number and we will put it right. The item counts as not as described, so any return postage is on us.
Faults & your rights
Do your products come with a warranty?
We do not add a separate warranty unless a product page says so. Your statutory rights under UK consumer law always apply.
What are my rights if an item is faulty?
If an item is faulty, UK consumer law gives you remedies, which may include a short-term right to reject, a repair, a replacement or a refund, depending on the circumstances. Start a return on Track your order, or email us, and we cover the return postage.
Is there a manufacturer's warranty?
Some products may carry a manufacturer's warranty. It is provided by the manufacturer, on its own terms, and may not pass to a new owner. We only say it applies where a product page states it.
What is not treated as a fault?
Accidental or liquid damage, misuse, unauthorised repair or modification, damage from incompatible accessories or the wrong voltage, cosmetic wear that was clearly described, consumables such as ear tips, and normal battery wear.
How do I report a fault?
Find your order on Track your order, choose Start a return and the reason It is faulty, and describe the problem; or contact us with your order number. Where it helps, we may ask for a short photo or video. We will not ask for anything excessive.
Payments
How do I pay?
At our checkout, by card, or with Apple Pay, Google Pay or Link where your device offers them. An item with one left is bought in our eBay shop, through eBay's checkout.
Is my payment information secure?
Payments are processed by Stripe, our payment provider. Your card details go straight to Stripe, so we never see or store them, and Apple Pay and Google Pay never share your card number with us.
Do your prices include VAT?
multibargain is not VAT registered, so no VAT is added to our prices.
Will I get a receipt?
Yes. As soon as you order, we email your order confirmation, which is also your payment receipt. If you need anything else, contact us.
Condition & testing
What conditions do you sell?
Each product names one condition: New (Sealed), Open Box, Ex-Display or Verified Used, with the packaging described separately. Everything is brand-new and unused unless it is listed as Ex-Display or Verified Used, which carry a grade from A (very clean) to C (noticeable wear).
What do Box Damaged and Replacement Box mean?
Both are Open Box items that are brand-new and unused. Box Damaged: the original box shows visible damage, dents or wear. Replacement Box: the original retail box is not included, and the item comes in secure replacement packaging.
Are products tested before they are listed?
Yes. Open Box, Ex-Display and Verified Used items are checked, cleaned and tested before they are listed. Factory-sealed items stay sealed, so you receive them exactly as they left the manufacturer.
What is included with my order?
Every product page lists each item in the box, under What you'll receive. Anything not on that list is not included.
What if my item is not as described?
Start a return on Track your order, or email us with your order number. We cover the return postage, and within 30 days of delivery you choose a full refund or a replacement where one is available.
Privacy & data
What is stored on my device?
Your cart, your privacy choices and your Recently viewed list (the item numbers of the last 12 products you opened), kept in your own browser. Your cart reaches us only when you go to checkout; Recently viewed is never sent to us. After you pay, a note that your order was counted stays until you close the tab. You can switch Recently viewed off in Privacy choices, or empty it with the Clear link in the shop. If you accept Google Analytics, its cookies (_ga and _ga_Y6MR7CB1ZP) are stored too, for up to 13 months; switching it off in Privacy choices deletes them.
What details do you keep about my order?
Your name, delivery address, email, your phone number if you give one, and the order details: what we need to send your order and help with it. Your card details go to Stripe and never reach us.
How do I ask about my data?
