1About us
multibargain is a trading name of Global Web Innovation Ltd, a company registered in England & Wales, company number 13396743. Our registered office is 203 West Street, Fareham, Hampshire, PO16 0EN. We are not registered for VAT.
You can contact us at customerservice@multibargain.com or by post at Unit 35548, PO Box 6945, London, W1A 6US.
2These terms
These terms apply to orders placed on this website. Orders placed in our eBay shop follow the terms published there.
Please read them with our Delivery, Returns & refunds, Faults & warranty and Privacy & cookies policies, which form part of them. They are in English only. You can save or print this page; the version shown when you place your order is the one that applies to it.
3How to order
Add items to your cart and choose Go to checkout. Our checkout page then asks for your email, delivery address and payment; its payment parts are provided by our payment provider, Stripe. You can check and correct everything, in your cart and at checkout, before you choose Pay.
Pressing Pay means you are ordering with an obligation to pay. We then email you an order confirmation. That email is our acceptance of your order, and the contract between us starts then. It is also your copy of the order: we keep a record of it too.
You must be 18 or over to place an order.
4Products and condition
We describe every item with the multibargain grading system, explained in our Condition guide. Each product page aims to show:
- the item's condition
- the packaging condition
- what you will receive
- the testing completed
- important compatibility or usage notes
- cosmetic marks or limitations, where relevant
Unless a product page says otherwise, Open Box, Ex-Display and Verified Used items are checked, cleaned and tested before they are listed. Factory-sealed items stay sealed. Used and Open Box items are priced and described for their condition, and some signs of use, where shown, are part of that description.
Some images may represent the product model. Please rely on the product photos and the list of what you will receive for the exact item in your order. Please also check that an item works with your own devices before you order: product pages list compatibility where we know it, and you can ask us before you buy.
5Prices and payment
Prices are in pounds sterling. We are not VAT registered, so no VAT is added. Delivery within the UK is free. The price you pay is the one shown at checkout.
You pay at our checkout by card, or with another way to pay shown there, such as Apple Pay or Google Pay when your device offers it. Payments are processed by Stripe, our payment provider, so we never see or store your card details.
Discount codes. You can use one discount code an order, entered at checkout. A code takes the amount it states off the items it applies to, and cannot be used on an order with items at a reduced price. Our welcome code, sent when you sign up for our emails and confirm your address, gives 10% off one order: it can be used once, by you, cannot be used with any other discount (not with another code, and not on an order with items at a reduced price) or exchanged for cash, and is valid for 6 months from when we send it. Any other code states its own terms where we offer it. If you return something bought with a code, we refund what you actually paid for it.
If a product page shows an obvious pricing error, one that you would reasonably have recognised as a mistake, we will tell you as soon as we notice and may cancel the order and refund you in full, even after we have confirmed it.
6If we cannot supply your order
If an item turns out to be unavailable after you have paid, or we have to cancel an order for a reason in these terms, we tell you straight away and refund everything you paid for it, to the card you paid with, within 14 days.
7Delivery, risk and ownership
We deliver free to UK addresses. Dispatch times, estimates and what happens if something goes wrong are in our Delivery policy.
An item is our responsibility until it is delivered to you, or to someone you have told us or the courier to give it to. It becomes yours once we have received payment in full.
8Returns and your right to cancel
You can return an item within 30 days of delivery; new in-ear earbuds supplied factory sealed can be returned for a change of mind only while the seal is unbroken. This includes your legal right to cancel an online order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. How it works, and the cancellation form, are in our Returns & refunds policy.
9Faults and your statutory rights
Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights. By law, what we sell must be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose. If it is not:
- within 30 days of delivery, you can reject it for a full refund;
- after that, you can ask for a repair or a replacement, and if that is not possible or does not work, a price reduction or a refund;
- a fault that shows within 6 months of delivery is treated as having been there at delivery, unless we can show otherwise.
How to report a fault is in Faults & warranty.
10Using your items safely
Please follow the instructions that come with each item, or the manufacturer's instructions, especially for chargers, power banks and anything with a battery. Use a suitable charger, do not use an item that is damaged, swollen or overheating, and keep small items such as earbuds and cables away from young children.
Our items are sold for personal, household use. If an item we sold you is recalled, or there is a safety notice about it, we contact you using your order details. More in Product safety & recalls.
11Your data on devices
If you return an item that can store your data, such as a smartwatch or a storage device, please back up and remove your data and sign out of any accounts before you send it. We reset returned items before they are sold again, so we cannot recover anything left on them.
12Our responsibility to you
If we do not keep to these terms, we are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of that, or of our failing to use reasonable care and skill. Loss or damage is foreseeable if it is obvious that it will happen, or if we both knew it might happen when the contract was made. We are not responsible for loss or damage that is not foreseeable.
We do not exclude or limit our responsibility where it would be unlawful to do so. This includes death or personal injury caused by our negligence or that of the people who work for us, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, breaking your legal rights in relation to the items we sell, and defective products under the Consumer Protection Act 1987.
We are not responsible for:
- loss or damage caused by misuse, accidental damage, liquid damage, tampering, unauthorised repair or modification after delivery;
- loss or damage caused by not following the item's instructions or our safety advice, or by using an incompatible charger, cable, accessory or power supply, or the wrong voltage;
- normal wear, consumables such as ear tips, and normal battery ageing, or marks shown or described on the product page;
- business losses: our items are for personal, household use, so we are not responsible for loss of profit, business, revenue or opportunity, or business interruption;
- loss of data or software: please keep backups of anything important;
- delays or problems caused by events outside our control (see below).
None of this affects your right to a repair, replacement, price reduction or refund if an item is faulty or not as described, or our responsibility for damage that a faulty item we sold causes to your property.
13Events outside our control
We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as courier disruption, severe weather, service outages, strikes or other industrial action. If one affects your order, we tell you as soon as possible and do what we can to keep the delay short. If it continues, you can cancel the order and we refund what you paid for anything you have not received.
14Misuse and fraud
We may refuse service, cancel orders, limit the quantity of an item per customer or restrict future purchases where there is evidence of fraud, a failed or disputed payment, abusive behaviour, false claims or repeated misuse of our policies. If we cancel an order for one of these reasons, we refund what you paid for it.
To resolve disputes fairly and prevent fraud, we may keep dispatch records, serial numbers, testing records, order messages and relevant photographs, as set out in our Privacy & cookies policy.
15Reviews and feedback
The feedback on our home page comes from buyers in our eBay shop, through eBay's own feedback system, which only buyers of a completed order can leave. We show a selection of recent positive feedback, next to our overall eBay feedback rating, and link to all our eBay feedback, including any neutral or negative feedback. We do not write, edit, pay for or offer anything in return for feedback.
16Our website, content and design
This website and everything on it, including its text, product descriptions, photographs, images, graphics, logo, the multibargain name, layout, design, look and feel, and code, belong to Global Web Innovation Ltd or the people who license them to us, and are protected by copyright, database right and trade mark law.
You may view the website and print or save pages for your own personal use, such as keeping a copy of your order or these terms. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, scrape, frame, adapt or use any part of it, or imitate its design, for any other purpose without our written permission.
Product names, brands and logos of manufacturers belong to their owners and are used only to describe the items we sell. Links to other websites, such as our eBay shop or Stripe, are for your convenience; we are not responsible for their content.
17Complaints and disputes
If something goes wrong, please tell us first, at customerservice@multibargain.com or by post at Unit 35548, PO Box 6945, London, W1A 6US, with your order number. We reply within 2 working days, and we aim to put things right within 14 days.
If you are not happy with our answer, we are not a member of an alternative dispute resolution scheme and are not obliged to use one. You can get free, independent advice from Citizens Advice (citizensadvice.org.uk, or 0808 223 1133), and you can take a claim to court, for most claims under the simpler small claims procedure.
18Law and courts
These terms are governed by the law of England & Wales. You can bring legal proceedings about them in the courts of England & Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring them in your local courts, and you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws where you live.
19General
If a court finds part of these terms unlawful, the rest stays in force. If we do not insist straight away that you do something you are required to do, we can still require it later. Only you and we have rights under this contract. We may transfer our rights and obligations to another organisation; we will tell you, and it will not reduce your rights. You may transfer your rights to someone else only with our written agreement.
20Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version shown on this website when you place your order is the one that applies to it.
